We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring quality assurance and audit readiness within a manufacturing environment. This is a short-term position requiring onsite presence throughout the contract, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in quality documentation and compliance procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and update quality assurance documentation, including test plans, standard operating procedures, validation protocols, and compliance records
Prepare for upcoming quality audits by coordinating training sessions, tracking required actions, and addressing audit-related items
Ensure adherence to GMPs and food safety standards by maintaining accurate and well-organized records
Conduct quality inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement within the supply chain
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures and enhance production planning processes
Monitor supply chain operations to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices
Analyze data to forecast supply chain needs and optimize resource allocation
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and quality
Review and close out action items related to audit findings
Provide training and guidance on quality assurance standards to team members
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within a food manufacturing environment
Proven track record of preparing for and supporting quality audits, preferably benchmarked to industry standards
Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety protocols, and related documentation practices
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing records and compliance materials
Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics processes
Ability to analyze data and implement forecasting strategies effectively
Experience with quality control and assurance procedures in production settings
Nice to have:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable, though not mandatory
