Job Responsibility:
Inputting and tracking shipments and container arrivals
Processing shipping documents and organising customs clearance
Monitoring supplier invoices and payments
Liaising with suppliers and hauliers
All customer support and associated administration
Requirements:
1-2 years worth of office administration experience
strong communicator both over the phone and via email
proactive
able to use own initiative
able to work in a fast paced and busy environment
must be a driver due to the office's rural location
