A unique and challenging position processing sales orders for our Heavy Diesel equipment. As a Sales Administration Support person, you will provide high level administration support to our Heavy Diesel Equipment Sales Team. The successful candidate will take ownership of sales contracts, invoicing, purchase orders, and high level/detailed record keeping using multiple platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Ordering of new machines, attachments, parts and services from offshore principal suppliers
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales and purchases and other administrative files required for monitoring and reporting
Creating and processing sales orders, sales invoices, bill of materials, purchase orders, and shipping documents
Create and maintain machine build files and costing sheets
Organise machine transports and assist in the importation process
Requirements:
3- 4 years administration experience
Ideally someone from a logistics and/or heavy machinery background
Advanced level knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel – use of AX would be advantageous
Strong organisational and time management skills
Team player and can work autonomously
Commitment to deliver excellent customer service
Proactive and uses initiative
Keen eye for detail with a high degree of accuracy
Enjoys meeting new people with a friendly and outgoing confident manner
