Job Responsibility:
Place replenishment orders
Monitor supply shortages and ensure timely stock arrivals
Liaise with customer services to address inquiries
Review and monitor purchase requisitions and supplier confirmations
Create delivery plans for inter-company sites
Process 3rd party purchase orders and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain a daily shortage list and monitor outstanding purchase orders in SAP
Cover for Transport and Logistics Planner as needed
Support Supply Chain Manager in production planning and inventory management
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role is required
SAP experience is preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential
