Our client is a seeking Supply Chain Administrator to join their organisation on a permanent basis. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will work within the Supply Chain department, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate data management.
Job Responsibility:
Utilise Sage 200 for purchase order and shipment data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support business reporting
Verify that Sales Contracts from suppliers align with Purchase Order requirements
Manage both electronic and paper-based filing systems efficiently
Book deliveries into the Sage 200 system, ensuring accurate and timely updates for warehouse stock visibility
Action stock adjustments and transfers in Sage 200 based on instructions from warehouse operations teams
Provide ad hoc support within the Supply Chain department and other business teams as needed
Requirements:
Experience with Sage 200 or similar ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
