Job Description:

Our client is a seeking Supply Chain Administrator to join their organisation on a permanent basis. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will work within the Supply Chain department, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate data management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Utilise Sage 200 for purchase order and shipment data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support business reporting
  • Verify that Sales Contracts from suppliers align with Purchase Order requirements
  • Manage both electronic and paper-based filing systems efficiently
  • Book deliveries into the Sage 200 system, ensuring accurate and timely updates for warehouse stock visibility
  • Action stock adjustments and transfers in Sage 200 based on instructions from warehouse operations teams
  • Provide ad hoc support within the Supply Chain department and other business teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with Sage 200 or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
