Supply and Vacation Lead

• Oversee supply-side planning of pilots and cabin crew across all TUI Airlines
• Optimise crew availability including recruitment, training, fleet-specific qualifications, bases, and attrition
• Develop, communicate and implement optimal leave & part time quota
• Manage holiday attribution processes
• Regularly review and update vacation policies
• Assess & support 'what-if' supply scenarios
• Act as Vacation Planning SME
• Conduct regular data quality checks
• Implement automated alerts for discrepancies & regular backup procedures
• Support Supply and Vacation Planning Team Lead for EASA where required

• Leadership and line management skills
• Ability to think strategically, commercially and operationally
• Logical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate in a changing environment and under time pressure
• Skilled communicator with ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken) essential
• Knowledge of German & Dutch languages would be an advantage
• Occasional international travel required
