Peak Nano is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to support production and development activities for nanolayered film manufacturing programs. This role is responsible for balancing customer demand, material availability, metrology capacity, and production scheduling across development and production environments. The Supply & Demand Planner will serve as a critical operational interface between engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure materials, tooling, test capacity, and manufacturing resources are aligned to business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments.
Job Responsibility
Develop and maintain production schedules for extrusion and downstream operations
Coordinate raw material availability to support production and development
Proactively drive mitigation actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintain demand forecasts and translate into executable manufacturing plans
Track production loading, line utilization, and schedule adherence across operations
Support KPI development and reporting related to delivery performance, inventory health, schedule attainment, and capacity utilization
Help establish and improve planning processes, scheduling tools, and operational workflows as the organization scales
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, manufacturing scheduling, or a related operations role
Experience working in manufacturing environments supporting both development and production activities
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple functional teams
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools
Experience managing material availability, production scheduling, and operational constraints in fast-paced environments

Experience supporting polymer processing, film extrusion, converting, or roll-to-roll manufacturing operations
Experience in new product introduction (NPI), pilot manufacturing, or production scale-up environments
Experience coordinating metrology, quality, or laboratory scheduling activities
Familiarity with inventory management and capacity planning
