Join Barclays as a Supplier Service Manager in our newly created team, where you will manage third‑party suppliers to drive transformation. This is a proactive role, with up to 30% travel, focuses on collaboration, governance, and stakeholder influence. You will minimise risks, oversee supplier performance, remediate breaches, and identify cost savings. With a data focus, you’ll use analytic and presentation skills to deliver personalised insights that influence stakeholders, and with a delivery focus, you’ll support major transformation initiatives and ensure smooth execution of change programmes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage third‑party suppliers to drive transformation
  • Minimise risks, oversee supplier performance, remediate breaches, and identify cost savings
  • Use analytic and presentation skills to deliver personalised insights that influence stakeholders
  • Support major transformation initiatives and ensure smooth execution of change programmes
  • Development of strategic direction for IT Services
  • Management of the IT Services department, including oversight of IT Services colleagues and their performance

  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures for IT Services
  • Management of IT Services risk
  • Monitoring the financial performance of the IT Services department
