Job Description

The SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Analyst reports to the SRM Sr. Manager, or other leader as designated, and will support the SRM team in the execution of the Managed Service Provider (MSP)-centric processes and procedures that relate to the supply base, with a focus on implementation and supplier adoption.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in both internal and external customer implementation calls/meetings, providing updates on Supplier adoption status
  • Provide guidance to other SRM team members regarding implementation tasks and processes
  • Update Supplier Summit PowerPoint presentation template and present to supply base, providing an overview of Guidant Global, what to expect during the adoption process, and the benefits of an MSP
  • Maintain accurate documentation of supplier progress at all times using Monday.com and independently chase for further updates
  • Track and actively push Suppliers through multistep onboarding phases as quickly as possible
  • Call and email Suppliers to encourage them to return required documents as quickly as possible, answer their questions, document notes on shared matrix
  • Audit Supplier documentation for accuracy
  • Ensure proper storage of document templates and completed Supplier documents
  • Maintenance of accurate Supplier contact information
  • Partner with multiple internal teams to provide necessary information related to Suppliers
  • Participate in repapering efforts (amendments and new contracts), tracking all activities with the objective of collecting all documents as quickly as possible
  • Processing various requests for Suppliers and internal customers via ticketing system
  • Support projects related to supply base to include sun-setting, worker transitions, terminations, optimization efforts, expansions and implementations all according to documented processes
  • Other responsibilities as needed
  • Actively participate in the development and improvement of processes and programs within the SRM practice when applicable
  • Participate in special projects and may be required to exhibit creative thinking and produce unique solutions

Requirements

  • Ability to apply excellent customer service skills while swiftly moving back and forth between tasks and projects, triaging critical items while making every Customer, PMO, or Supplier feel as though they are our only priority
  • Ability to communicate clearly with Customers, Suppliers, and PMOs
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while using a ticketing system
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to new processes
  • 3 years' experience in the staffing industry or 2 years' experience in the MSP industry
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
