The main mission will be to drive supplier quality performance across the Group by ensuring supplier compliance, enhancing performance, and securing the supply chain through robust qualification, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Operating at Group level, this role involves close collaboration with multiple sites, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable performance improvement and support overall business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the qualification and onboarding of new suppliers in line with Group standards
Ensure the deployment of quality tools (APQP, PPAP) during new product introduction
Assess supplier capabilities, process robustness, and industrial readiness
Define and implement supplier development plans
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (PPM, delivery, CAPA, audits)
Identify risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
Lead supplier performance reviews and recovery plans when needed
Reduce recurring non-conformities and supplier-related issues
Manage supplier corrective actions from containment to closure
Lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (8D, RCA, FMEA)
Ensure root cause identification and prevention of recurrence
Plan and conduct supplier audits (system and process – ISO 9001)
Follow up on audit findings and ensure effective closure of actions
Evaluate supplier quality management systems and compliance
Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams
Support suppliers in meeting CMR quality standards
Report supplier performance to Group Quality and management
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D)
Experience in audits and corrective action management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to challenge suppliers and stakeholders constructively
Strong communication skills in an international environment
Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Resilient and solution-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality
Fluent in English (mandatory)
