Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Supplier QA Senior Executive for a leading player in the Food Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 100 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention. Based in Selangor. Reporting to: Supplier QA Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provided quality control oversight for finished product release, on-hold decisions, and coordination of supplier quality issues
  • Verified QA Assistant data entry activities, ensuring accuracy, risk-based evaluation, and evidence-driven release or rejection decisions
  • Performed and supported incoming inspections of supplier materials and products against defined specifications, including backup coverage when required
  • Managed acceptance and rejection decisions for incoming materials, ensuring timely documentation updates and supplier communication
  • Led supplier audit and compliance programs, including audit planning, execution, CAPA tracking to closure, and monthly performance trending
  • Acted as QA lead for new supplier and product qualification, reviewing supplier documentation, risk assessments, validation data, and onboarding processes
  • Drove supplier quality improvement by managing non-conformances, preparing performance reports, and collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen supplier compliance and capability

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing
  • Proven experience managing quality assurance and food safety systems in a manufacturing environment, including GMP, ISO, and HACCP
  • Hands-on experience conducting internal and external audits
  • certified Lead Auditor is an added advantage
