Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to play a key role in managing our third-party supplier relationships, directly impacting our business success and client satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of our supplier operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from invoice reconciliation to performance monitoring. You will typically be responsible for resolving basic to moderately complex problems based on practice and precedence. Able to assess applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive Vendor Performance: Partner with internal teams to monitor third-party vendor compliance with contracts, SLAs, and regulatory standards. You'll track performance, report on key benchmarks, and ensure any issues are resolved swiftly.
  • Own Key Processes: Take charge of invoice reconciliation and payments for our third-party relationships, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day client servicing, handling issues efficiently and providing timely resolutions to support our product requirements.
  • Champion Risk Management: Make sound business decisions with a strong focus on risk assessment. You will be crucial in safeguarding Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Enhance Productivity: Use your expertise to identify and recommend new ways to improve processes and enhance productivity, ensuring the highest quality of service.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze situations, apply lessons from past experiences, and evaluate the best course of action, even when it's not covered by existing procedures.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: A solid understanding of how your work contributes to the team's goals and a collaborative spirit to help coordinate efforts and achieve shared objectives.
