Job Description:

The jobholder is as part of a cross divisional team, based in all divisions across 4 countries and 7 sites responsible for Procurement supplier master data management in run mode, projects and process activities. Managing Master Data and supporting Procurement Users is at the heart of the team’s activities. Mission: ensures supplier master data accuracy, consistency and compliance with business rules while delivering an efficient and effective service to the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Data quality management: Support the definition and enforce data quality standards
  • Regularly review and cleanse data to ensure it meets business needs
  • Governance and policies: Support supplier data governance policies and guidelines
  • Support compliance with regulatory and organizational standards (e.g. GDPR, tax regulations, Know Your Supplier checks)
  • Collaboration with stakeholders: Work closely with procurement, finance and compliance teams to understand data needs
  • Act as a liaison between technical data administrators and business teams
  • Issue resolution and support: Investigate and resolve data discrepancies or errors flagged by end-users or audits
  • Support escalated requests or incidents to get them resolved at time and quality
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the master data governance committee if needed
  • Digital Solutions: consolidate functional needs and contribute to business requirements definition for Central Supplier Master Data Platform
  • test and accept new features of the digital solutions
  • Monitoring Service Performance through KPIs and define, execute and communicate associated actions

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in (Supplier) Master Data Management
  • Experience working with SAP (e.g. MM, MDG, S/4HANA)
  • Experience in leading improvement management of data and / or processes
  • Knowledge in projects management with classic methodology and Agile
  • Communication skills in addressing several external and internal partners
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Team player in a multinational and cross-divisional team
  • Analytical and open to new ways of working
  • Demonstrated affinity to digital solutions and working with IM teams
  • english fluent / negotiation level in written and spoken
  • MS Office or similar (Google Suite)

Nice to have:

  • A second language (french, german, spanish) is a plus
  • Procurement experience is a benefit
