You’ll use your Telecoms and Supplier Relationship Management expertise to ensure our strategic partners deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective services that power our growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and evolve our Strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SSRM) framework to ensure strong supplier performance and value delivery
  • Build strong, outcome-focused relationships with key partners (e.g. BT Wholesale, Virgin, Openreach, Cisco, Fortinet, Extreme)
  • Act as the escalation point for supplier performance issues and drive resolution
  • Drive efficiency across third-party spend (COGS) to improve margins and competitiveness
  • Manage vendor accreditations, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Support key supplier relationships that underpin business-critical systems, e.g. Service Now and SolarWinds.
  • Lead procurement activity in any internal tendering processes
  • Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and supply chain due diligence with risk and compliance
  • Manage commercial and contract relationships for key outsourced partnerships
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation and measurable value from suppliers
  • Ensure supplier SLA issues are resolved quickly and compensation is recovered where appropriate

Requirements

  • 5 + years’ experience in Supplier Management / SRM within telecommunications or technology
  • Has worked with major telecoms carriers (e.g. BT Wholesale / Virgin) and technology vendors (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Extreme)
  • Supply side / procurement experience in delivering tangible cost savings
  • Strong Supplier Relationship Management, negotiation, and conflict management skills
  • Solid Excel and analytical skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to see the bigger picture
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment
  • Able to pass BPSS and other clearance checks
