Job Responsibility

  • Lead the annual Bill of Materials (BOM) validation process in partnership with Finance to capture cost-impacting changes
  • Support the Inventory team in the development, maintenance, and optimization of ordering policies
  • Conduct standard costing analyses to support annual cost-setting activities
  • Lead cross-functional strategic reviews and initiatives aligned with Supply Chain and corporate objectives
  • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Support leadership decision-making through structured analyses and clear storytelling
  • Define, track, and analyze key supply chain KPIs related to cost, inventory health, delivery performance, and productivity
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline supply chain analytical processes
  • Support the deployment and enhancement of digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform) to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Contribute to process improvement and digital enablement initiatives across the supply chain

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in a strategic role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present it effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and cloud-based tools (Azure preferred)
  • Familiarity with automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled tools is an asset
  • Aerospace industry and contracting experience is considered an advantage
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion

  • A master’s degree or MBA is an asset
