HYBRID Role - Our Supplemental Staffing Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, placement, and management of Aramark team members to meet short-term staffing needs in our client partner locations within their designated region. This role blends human resources, sales, and client service, ensuring the right candidates are matched with the right positions at the right time. You'll hire and manage Aramark hourly Food Service Workers, Cooks, Baristas, and Environmental Services Workers working in our hospital settings, helping our teams care for patients and caregivers, and bringing hospitality to the hospital work environment.
Job Responsibility
Identify staffing needs through collaboration with hiring managers and clients
Source and screen candidates using multiple channels
Interview and assess candidates including skills assessments and reference checks
Manage relationships with site operations leaders, candidates, community organizers, and internal stakeholders
Manage team members including scheduling shifts, supporting assignments, and managing biweekly payroll
Provide a positive, supportive experience for candidates and Supplemental Staffing team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
equivalent experience will be considered
Minimum 3 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR
experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software and Management experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to have constructive coaching conversations and maintain employee dignity
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
