Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload of 12-15 foster carers
Contribute to new foster family recruitment
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding protocols
Conduct audits and quality assurance checks
Deliver training and support to foster carers
Complete Form F Assessments

Requirements:

Degree in health and social care
time management
experience in fostering & adoption
