To coordinate, control, and supervise day‑to‑day workshop and site operations in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner, ensuring planned activities are delivered to programme, specification, and quality requirements. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all fabrication, maintenance, refurbishment, installation, and preparation activities are carried out safely and in full compliance with approved RAMS, Safe Systems of Work (SSoW), quality standards, and client requirements, whether operating within the workshop environment or on site. The role requires visible, active supervision, strong safety leadership, and effective coordination of people, equipment, materials, and documentation across both environments.
