Supervisor

We would like to invite applications for the role of Supervisor in our store in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. The Supervisor provides ongoing support to the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their unit. The Supervisors work as a team with training coordinators and staff at the unit level. The Supervisor reports to the General Manager. Ongoing support and development are given by the General Manager, and various management duties will be delegated as necessary. The Supervisor is fully responsible for the customers, staff, operations, and cash on his/her shift, and will be held accountable to ensure company policy is met in each area. Fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role can be physically demanding at times due to business requirements, including high customer volumes, staffing levels, and the need to be prepared for varying business demands. During peak periods, prolonged standing may be required.
