Supervisor

• Leading by example to create a safe working environment for all operatives and the public
• Overseeing the delivery of capital works, maintenance activities, winter services, and emergency response duties
• Managing operational teams to achieve productivity, safety, quality and customer service targets
• Using Ringway’s bespoke software to track performance, costs, progress and KPIs
• Monitoring team capabilities and supporting training and development with the Area Manager
• Working closely with Plant & Fleet to ensure vehicles, tools and equipment are used safely and efficiently
• Promoting a positive team culture and strong communication through toolbox talks and regular engagement
• Ensuring high standards of reporting, documentation and compliance across all activities

• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Background in highways is essential / term maintenance desirable
• High Speed Experience - 12AB
• Confidence using digital tools and bespoke systems (training provided)
