Supervisor

• Ensure KPI’s for a defined area within a store are met or exceeded
• Coordinate team members to provide the best possible balance of service and operations
• Supervise and coach team within a defined area of responsibility
• Allocate resources and organize processes to drive efficiency and productivity
• Make commercial decisions within area of responsibility
• Track performance data and make necessary adjustments to drive productivity
• Be a role model for customer service and boost sales using advanced sales techniques
• Actively supervise and coordinate team to ensure all customers receive service
• Coach team to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Use advanced Category expertise to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Guide and train team members on product knowledge
• Coordinate team to execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Maintain a safe shopping and working environment
• Coordinate product delivery from the stockroom to the floor and replenishment
• Supervise sales transactions are processed quickly and accurately
• Minimize loss by implementing loss prevention procedures
• Support recruitment, on-boarding, training and development
• Coach, motivate and inspire individuals to maximize performance
• Collaborate and share best practices
• Communicate a desire to learn and seize development opportunities
• Observe both global and local policies and procedures
• Support APAC changes and directions
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• Minimum 12 months’ work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment
• Advanced selling experience
• Comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding
• First supervisor experience
• Intermediate numeracy and literacy
• Advanced verbal communication skills
• Good command in oral and written English & Filipino

Industry experience preferably in apparel/fashion/FW or FMCG Retail
