Supervisor

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running the store
• Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in
• Lead, inspire and develop the team
• Set team up for success
• Ensure every customer receives exceptional customer service
• Deal with stock on shop floor and behind the scenes
• Operate the till system

• Supervisor experience would be advantageous
• Genuine passion for delivering a service that makes a real difference to customers
• Confident leader with enthusiasm and ability to motivate others
• Ability to think creatively and make suggestions to enhance customer experience
• Embrace change and have a fearless approach to new ideas
• Strive for excellence through effective planning and proactive mindset
