Job Responsibility

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the running of the store
Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in
Lead, inspire and develop the team, setting them up for success
Ensure every customer receives exceptional customer service
Dealing with stock, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes
Operating the till system

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within retail, preferably premium/luxury
Strong customer service skills
