Job Description:

As a Supervisor you are responsible for effectively leading and coordinating our production activities. You will manage a team of production employees and ensure that all operational goals are achieved within the set quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Operational supervision: Monitoring the production room and being the point of contact for questions or problems
Planning: Supporting production and personnel planning
On-boarding: Welcome, guidance and training of new employees
Coaching: Motivate and manage employees with diverse backgrounds

Requirements:

Innovative person with an eye for detail and organization
Good judgement and stress resistant
Communicative person with coaching approach
Proficient in office packages
Outgoing personality with interest and experience in a position with responsibility
Motivated to start early until the end of work
Good level of English
Speak one of these languages: Dutch, French, Romanian or Polish
