Job Description

The Supervisor role is an important function in the store’s leadership structure, and the main objective is to coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, maximise KPI’s, and deliver first-class customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, maximise KPI’s, and deliver first-class customer service
  • Influence and nurture a professional and enjoyable store environment
  • Encourage a winning mentality in service and selling
  • Champion colleague engagement and lead by example
  • Be an expert on CT product, customer service and selling skills
  • Train the sales team and encourage the use of staff training tools
  • Assist with managing some operational, visual merchandising, compliance, and admin tasks to ensure the smooth daily running of the store
  • Adhere to company policy procedures, Health and Safety guidelines and security processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor or Key Holder level is essential for this role
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential
  • Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to consistently prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results
  • Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance
