Job Responsibility:
Ensure staff works together as a team to provide optimum service
inspect grooming and attire of staff
complete opening and closing duties
monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being

Requirements:
At least 2 years of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
