Job Description:

The role involves supervising a team to ensure high-quality service at L'Envol, a two-Michelin-starred French restaurant within The St. Regis Hong Kong. Key responsibilities include team coordination, guest service, adherence to company standards, and operational tasks and safety measures.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff works together as a team to provide optimum service
inspect grooming and attire of staff
complete opening and closing duties
monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being
assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
maintain safety and security policies
move, lift, and handle objects as needed
speak with others using clear and professional language
perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
clear and professional communication skills
positive working relationships and team collaboration
adherence to safety and security policies.
