Job Description:

We are looking for a Supervisor on a 30 hour per week permanent contract, to join the team in our Westfield (White City), London shop. As a Supervisor with Bravissimo, you will be an essential part of the store management team. Combining your passion and understanding of our service and products, it is essential that you want to be part of a team that is dedicated to giving our customers fantastic service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you should genuinely love going the extra mile to help others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the running of the store
  • Ensure that every customer has a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in
  • Lead, inspire and develop the team, setting them up for success
  • Ensure that every customer receives the exceptional customer service that lies at the heart of the Bravissimo experience
  • Deal with stock, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes
  • Operate the till system

Requirements:

  • Supervisor experience would be advantageous
  • Genuine passion for delivering a service that makes a real difference to customers
  • Confident leader, full of enthusiasm with the ability to motivate others
  • Ability to think creatively and be keen to make suggestions to enhance the customer experience
  • Embrace change and have a fearless approach to new ideas
  • Strive for excellence, always be one step ahead through effective planning and a proactive mindset

  • Due to the nature of the roles in our shops, there is a genuine occupational requirement for post holders to be female (covered under Schedule 9, Part 1, of the 2010 Equality Act)
