Job Responsibility:
Inspire and empower your team to Host from the Heart
Drive continuous elevation of the overall customer experience
Build brand loyalty by promoting CRM scheme, hosting events, and engaging with local community
Partner with Store Manager to provide support, mentorship, coaching and guidance to the team
Adopt a reverse leadership approach to inspire continuous growth through training, coaching, and frequent reviews
Partner with Store Manager to drive a commercially strong store through inventory management, VM, store layouts and experiential retail
Ensure efficient and effective operational processes in your store
Requirements:
Experience as a Supervisor
Ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
Naturally curious and always looking for a better way to do things
