Supervisor

You will be truly passionate about the industry that we know and love- hospitality! People are at the forefront of all of our pubs and we need you to assist our amazing general and assistant managers in the day to day running of your business. You will be a leader at all times and support our GM and AM's when and where needed. Setting the example for our front of house team, you will make sure that the guests achieve the best hospitality experience that Sutton has to offer. You will be given varying responsibilities in your role, maybe taking care of bookings, looking after driving sales at a particular time of week, the leader of all things training or cleaning champion, so an all rounder of hospitality is a must. You will also have your own projects to work on, to show your are ready to make sure the business is continually growing. Finally, we want our supervisors to form strong support between bar staff and upper management. Some shifts will involve you being the manager on duty and really becoming a key figure in our senior team. You will hopefully be the future generation of general managers, so the passion and drive to grow their career as well as the pubs sales, is a must!
