Supervisor

Ringway Infrastructure Services is currently recruiting for a Supervisor – Traffic Management (Technology) to support the delivery of technology works across the National Highways South West contract. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take responsibility for supervising operational teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of technology-related works, taking ownership of Traffic Management requirements and ensuring all operations meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. You’ll play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing resources, and driving performance across the contract, while maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
