Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to lead and coordinate our production activities. In this role, you will manage a team of production employees, ensuring that operational goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Your primary focus will be on optimizing production processes, monitoring efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Responsibility:

Operational Supervision: Oversee the production area and be the go-to contact for questions or issues
Planning: Assist with production and personnel planning, with minimal administrative duties
Onboarding: Welcome and guide new employees, providing training and support, with initial oversight by a training manager
Coaching: Motivate, manage, and guide a diverse team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity

Requirements:

Innovative with an eye for detail and organization
Good judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate your team
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Outgoing personality with a strong sense of responsibility
Motivated and ready to work from early hours to the end of the shift
Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Dutch, French, Romanian, or Polish
