Job Description:

The Supervisor-Training position involves developing learning strategies, designing training materials, conducting training sessions, and assisting in various HR functions to ensure a high standard of service and safety at the Suzhou Marriott Hotel.

Job Responsibility:

Meet with managers to discuss staffing needs
Develop learning strategies and plans
Design, develop, and produce training materials
Prepare for training classes
Conduct stand-up training to groups of employees
Monitor safety training and orientation
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
Follow company and safety policies
Maintain confidentiality
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Enter and locate work-related information using computers
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
