Job Description:

The Supervisor-Storeroom position involves managing deliveries, inventory, and ensuring quality standards at Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit An All-Inclusive Resort. The role includes training employees, maintaining safety standards, and performing various physical tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Receive, unload, and process deliveries
Verify and track received inventory
Complete inventory reports and logs
Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies
Conduct inventory audits
Inspect deliveries for freshness and quality
Refuse acceptance of damaged items
Adhere to food safety policies
Monitor PAR levels for food items
Complete departmental paperwork
Operate forklift/pallet jack
Maintain and organize received pallets
Assist in training, counseling, and motivating employees
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Perform physical tasks as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
