Job Description:

The Supervisor-Sales position at Shaoxing Marriott Hotel Shangyu involves maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, processing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes general office duties and supporting the Sales & Marketing team.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
