Job Description:

This role involves providing excellent guest service, maximizing revenue using sales techniques, and conducting tasks like reservation processing and maintaining guest loyalty. The position also includes assisting management in staff training and maintaining positive work relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individuals or departments to address guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while building guest loyalty
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Enter Marriott Rewards information for guest reservations
Perform office support tasks including filing and sending emails
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality standards
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak professionally with others and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
Ability to use sales techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with basic office tasks (filing, sending emails, using software)
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds without assistance
Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have:

Experience working in hospitality or events industry
Knowledge of Marriott Rewards program
Supervisory experience.
