Job Description:

As part of the Sales team, this position involves resolving guest inquiries, using sales techniques to meet revenue goals, processing reservations and requests, supporting Sales & Marketing operations, and assisting in training and team motivation. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
maximize revenue using sales techniques while maintaining guest loyalty
process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
handle reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
perform general office duties
assist management in training and motivating employees
welcome and acknowledge all guests
develop and maintain positive working relationships
monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to standards
process guest calls, questions, and concerns

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
