Job Description:

The Supervisor-Sales role involves resolving guest calls, maximizing revenue through sales techniques, promoting Marriott's brand image, and performing office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team. This role also includes assisting in training and motivating employees while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques that maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
determine and give complimentaries to guests
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
assist management in training and motivating employees
monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience.
