Join our 23‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility as an RN Supervisor, where you'll support patient care, guide staff, and help shape a strong team culture. This role blends bedside leadership with dedicated administrative time and offers opportunities for creativity and team development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide frontline leadership to nurses and CNAs
  • Support staffing, workflows, and patient care quality
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Assist with administrative duties and unit operations
  • Supervising healthcare professionals and ensuring high patient care levels
  • Maintain a safe environment and nurture nursing practice to improve patient outcomes
  • Oversee operations, productivity, and resource distribution to meet department priorities
  • Working closely with members from different professional fields to ensure coordinated patient care

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Two Years of Experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to delegate and promote accountability
  • Experience appropriate for SNF leadership
  • Charge nurse experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Mentorship or coaching experience
  • Solid understanding of nursing standards and patient care procedures
  • Superb communication abilities and expertise in creating and assessing patient care plans
  • Familiarity with basic computer operations and diverse medical and office software applications
