Job Responsibility:

Manages the revenue cycle department in various duties such as account management, communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing
Implements an effective system to ensure that accurate billing information is entered into the billing system
Evaluates financial hardship applications while maintaining compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards
Coordinates the handling of patient complaints in respect to billing and collections to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Assists management in defining project scope and deliverables that achieve goals and comply with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards
Coordinates cross-functional activities and communications with internal and client teams to further Revenue Cycle success
Implements feedback from key stakeholders to assess revenue cycle performance and partner with vendors to meet established benchmarks and goals
Manages staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings
Devises department workflow and staffing to ensure industry-proven best practices are instilled within the company's strategies and end product offerings

Requirements:

3-5 years of reconciliation and/or analyst experience
Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Working knowledge of business intelligence
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Post secondary/high school education or specialized training, i.e., technical/vocational programs

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork
Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) preferred
