Job Description:

The Supervisor-Restaurant position at Aloft Nanhai Foshan involves overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring staff collaboration and optimum service, adhering to safety policies, and fostering guest satisfaction. The role includes leadership, training, inventory management, and supporting organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff works together to ensure optimum service and guest needs are met
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties
Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest wellbeing
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and counseling
Follow safety policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Identify and implement ways to increase organizational efficiency
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
