As the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, you'll oversee a staff that cares for our in-patient patients. Your previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist adds tremendous value to our patient care team. It's also important for you to be comfortable holding tough conversations, as you are responsible for the performance of your staff.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversees smooth flow of operations, acts as a resource to staff for operational needs, and handles day-to-day patient satisfaction concerns
  • Ensure your direct reports and department are positioned to deliver the best care possible to our patients
  • Recruits, hires, trains, disciplines and supervises staff, including performance evaluations, and competency assessments
  • Assist with budget development, management and issues cost effective operations
  • Monitor productivity and efficiency of your department
  • Mentor people on your team. Share your knowledge and confidence the patient care team

Requirements

  • Active RRT or CRT license in good standing with the State of North Dakota
  • Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
