Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or distribution
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Ability to train, coach, discipline, and develop team members
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
Quality‑focused mindset
Physical ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs., occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance, use warehouse ladders, and operate pallet jacks
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
SAP knowledge
LEAN/Continuous Improvement training or certification
Experience overseeing personnel and cross‑functional decision‑making
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with medical equipment or technical documentation
Knowledge of inspection/evaluation/assembly processes
