Job Description:

Comcast India is looking for a talented and dedicated Lead candidate to support the Comcast Enterprise Procurement team in HQ US. This role will support updating and negotiating master agreement provisions to ensure most current agreement terms are maintained. This candidate will work closely with business leaders, various legal teams along with the Enterprise Procurement organization As a key member of the Comcast Enterprise Procurement team, you will be responsible to support updating master agreements to include current terms, drive compliance, and support enterprise procurement operations activities to ultimately deliver value to our internal business partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support updating and negotiating master agreement provisions to ensure most current agreement terms are maintained
  • Work closely with business leaders, various legal teams along with the Enterprise Procurement organization
  • Support updating master agreements to include current terms, drive compliance, and support enterprise procurement operations activities
  • Oversee a portfolio of supplier agreements to be updated or refreshed
  • Ensure agreements are updated with little business disruption
  • Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to update agreements and negotiate terms if necessary
  • Track and escalate risks throughout the agreement refresh process
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify alternative suppliers when needed
  • Recommend process and provision changes to further streamline and optimize operations

Requirements:

  • Strategic procurement experience with experience in categories like professional services category (Outsourcing Services), Software, Marketing and Hardware
  • Strong background, experience, and knowledge in Contract management, commercial and contract negotiations, stakeholder and supplier relationship management
  • Advanced knowledge of contracting and legal principles
  • Negotiation experience with Master Services Agreements, including amendments, renewals, and terminations
  • Strong familiarity and knowledge of common legal terms
  • Strong experience negotiating commercial terms, pricing, rates, volume discounts and rebates
  • Demonstrated exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 Years Relevant Work Experience
