As the Supervisor, Pricing, you are a key contributor in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process at FBIN. In this working supervisory role, you will supervise pricing administrators and ensure the accuracy of pricing and product information in our ERPs. You will be responsible for managing ERP pricing master data, and implementing annual and ad hoc pricing changes. This role ensures operational excellence, promotes continuous improvement, and partners cross-functionally to enhance OTC processes.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise Pricing Administrators including but not limited to: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Pricing Administrators
Foster a collaborative team environment while driving process improvements, efficiency and accountability
Manage actual results against established expectations and goals and take corrective actions when results do not align with expectations
Provide coaching, training, and timely feedback to support career development
Act as a backup to the Manager, Pricing Administration to support the database specialists with work related to ERPs, WinShuttle, and master data
Manage pricing master data requirements as it pertains to pricing, implementing annual price increases, discount structures, net prices, sales deals, deviations and exclusions
Act as the pricing liaison between Sales/Marketing/IT for strategy and tactical implementation of pricing and programs
Train, test, troubleshoot pricing strategies, existing pricing and other scenarios
Run WinShuttle scripts to create or change pricing data in mass
Analyze/review/approve requests for ERP access roles
Provide insights and analysis on pricing or customer master data for other departments
Review daily pricing audit reports
Manage competitive job quote processes including researching disparities that cause pricing errors at order entry
Analyze and correct pricing and product errors to ensure the integrity of Order Entry, Sales/Bex Reporting, Accounts Receivable, and Distribution
Run Ad-Hoc reports and manage projects as required
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED or Associate’s degree in a related field is required and a bachelor’s degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 4+ years of experience preferred
Team supervisory or management experience preferred
Knowledge of SAP or Oracle pricing modules and the Order-to-Cash process
Requires strong skills and knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution Module
Strong knowledge of SOX compliance requirements as it pertains to the Pricing Department
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels and areas of the organization – both oral and written
Ability to problem solve and make timely decisions
Must exercise strength in effective prioritization, organization and attention to detail
Ability to interact with Internal and External Auditors
