Supervisor Pharmacy Ops

• Planning, supervising and evaluating the daily operations in the assigned pharmacy facility to provide pharmaceutical care activities and services in accordance with established policies, procedures, standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring the provision of professional, effective, efficient, safe, and accurate medication distribution practices
• Responsibility for meeting financial objectives in labor, revenue and gross margins
• Evaluating department effectiveness
• Ensuring optimum staffing levels
• Overseeing the workflow of subordinate staff
• Meeting regulatory requirements and standards
• Performing all pharmacist department activities, as necessary

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Pharmacist in an acute care setting and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited residency program
• Pharmacist: AZ (PHARM:AZ)
• Registered Pharmacist license
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience or successful completion of a Pharmacy Administrative Residency

Advanced or Master's degree preferred (e.g., Pharm.D.)
