How will you contribute to our magical experience? The Supervisor, Performance Marketing will support the execution and optimization of paid performance campaigns for Disney+ LATAM, contributing to subscriber growth and revenue targets while maintaining efficiency goals. This role will work closely with local and global stakeholders across Marketing & Planning, Data/Insights, and Finance teams, translating strategic guidelines into actionable plans, performance insights, and optimization initiatives. The Supervisor, Performance Marketing will play a key role in campaign optimization, performance tracking, and testing, ensuring continuous improvement across channels and contributing to scalable outcomes. The Supervisor, Performance Marketing will be responsible for: Support the planning and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across performance channels (Search, Social, Programmatic/Video, Affiliates, CTV), ensuring alignment with defined strategy, budgets, and pacing guidelines. Monitor channel and campaign performance, drive ongoing optimization, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency (CPA), volume, and overall contribution to subscriber growth. Contribute to performance analysis and reporting: build analysis, track KPIs, and generate insights to inform decision-making and optimization priorities. Support financial tracking and forecasting processes by providing inputs on performance trends, spend pacing, and expected outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Lifecycle/CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to support testing initiatives (creative, audiences, landing flows) and improve conversion performance. Coordinate with global channel leads and external partners/agencies to ensure proper campaign execution, tracking, and alignment with best practices. Contribute to experimentation frameworks, supporting test design, execution, and learning agendas across channels.
