Supervisor Operations

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and support a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation. In this role, you will lead production team members, help solve operational challenges, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance. You will work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement. This position is based in a manufacturing facility and requires regular onsite presence to support production operations and team leadership.
