Job Description:

The Supervisor-Operations at Courtyard Mexico City Airport is responsible for overseeing daily operational tasks, guest services, and team supervision. Duties include processing guest check-ins, resolving guest concerns, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and assisting in staff training and development. The position emphasizes professionalism, collaboration, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Job Responsibility:

Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
review shift logs and document pertinent information
contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest issues
process all guest check-ins
sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability
ensure rates match market codes
assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
serve as a role model
report accidents and unsafe work conditions
complete safety training and certifications
follow company policies and procedures
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
provide assistance to individuals with disabilities
speak professionally with others
answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
perform other reasonable job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
