We are looking for a mechanically inclined Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in the beautiful Okanagan. Our ideal candidate is someone who can lead and develop a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about safety, quality, and the products we produce. Job Responsibility:

  • Directing, supervising, prioritizing and coordinating all Bulk Packaging activities on their team to maintain quality and maximize productivity
  • Leading the team success by ensuring proper training, support, and motivation are provided

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, operations management, or supply chain management, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP)
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvements
