Job Description:

Aviapartner is seeking motivated Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations - to join our Airside department in Fiumicino Airport. If you are passionate about Airports and thrive in a dynamic aviation environment, join Aviapartner and contribute to our exceptional service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality
Manages and supervises the staff on duty in the department
It guarantees the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues
Provides the necessary equipment for the staffs in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with safety requirements
Supports the management of the administrative process to handle sick leaves, vacations requests, etc

Requirements:

Knowledge of Weight and Balance processes
Team Building, Team Working, and interpersonal relationship skills
Assertiveness, emergency management, problem solving, stress management
Coordination and leadership skills to ensure the required quality standards, with a professional, punctual, and correct performance
Human Resources coordination
Customer and results orientation
Knowledge and use of IT support
High school diploma/degree
Excellent knowledge of English
Well-groomed and tidy appearance, in line with the reference context
Driving licence (B) and car owner
